Pretty much the only place to run in and take your kids here in town and I've been disappointed every time. Most recently, the stylist had her own child there and was too distracted with his behavior that she did an extremely poor job on my son's haircut because her son was running a muck throughout the salon.
Fantastic Sams in Floresville TX was HORRIBLE! The manager did my hair for highlights but she left them YELLOW! Not even exaggerating they were yellow. Then I told her that they were to yellow so she said that she would die my hair darker but that it would cost extra! Then she kept complaining that I had "a lot" of hair and that it would cost extra! That is ridiculous!! How unvalibable! In total I had to pay almost $200!! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone! What a rip off! A steal of money! She kept complaining and made my hair BLACK with no highlights after all and all I wanted were highlights!
Pretty bad: I've been here a while so I think I can finally make a full and clear review on it. I'm not a fan of this place, they can't even comprehend what amount you talk about, or anything else for that matter, I actually just ask for a very little trim on the top and they just cut half off. Keep in mind, I have a lot of hair. I'm not sure I'll come back. I'll admit I'm kinda upset about the problem with most of my hair now gone.
The hairdresser did not look at me while cutting my hair. She kept watching other people. When I asked for her attention she pulled my hair. I left unfinished but I paid. It was horrible.
My wife went in to get her VERY long hair layered. It took her 5 years to get it to this length. What she ended up with was a butcher job that looked like it was cut with a chainsaw. Click on the pic, it speaks for itself. UPDATE: The "manager" promised my wife a refund. Never sent it. We emailed the Corporate offices and NEVER got a response from them, so now we filed with our credit card company for a refund. So aside from assaulting my wife's hair, they lied about the refund, and apparently the corporate office just doesn't care. Isn't that FANTASTIC?
