Luxury Nails in Springfield, MA

This salon should be closed for good for its horrendous customer service and its lack of services. However, I will genuinely give them a one star for patiently waiting for my arrival (I was running late because of work). After rushing to arrive I sat down immediately, I showed the lady what I wanted which was a soak off and new set of tips, almond shape nails, basic design, and a pedicure. Once I was done explaining what I needed she said she was unable to do everything I had ask for and they do not do pedicures at that salon. She requested that I do a refill and select a gel nail color at this point I was completely over it! On top of all this she demanded for me to go to an ATM to take cash out before starting. I had to stop the lady from continuing to do my nails and left. Ladies, this may be an establishment for eyebrows but not for nails. 1. Minimal services (No Pedicures) 2. Cleanliness is a huge issue 3. Does not fully abide by COVID-19 guidelines 4. Cash only Instead please go to Beauty Nail Care! They do a phenomenal job! I hope this salon truly takes into consideration the reviews that people has posted on here and re-visit their business plan.

She did a great job on my nails, the up skin tags are gone. I and two bad middle finger nails and she fixed them up and my nails look so much better and like new.

This place is just the worst,the wait to get you eyebrow done is horrible!There nails are always bad done,they have a bad attitude with people.They don't care about your time!!!Last time I went I waited a 1 just for eyebrows!

Terrible to get your nails or toes done. They gave me a terrible infected blister. I had to go to the hospital. When I went back to the salon to see if I can receive a refund they yelled at me saying it was my fault. They have terrible customer service I could not believe I was treated the way I was. They only take cash and never gave me a receipt either. WORSE SALON IN SPRINGFIELD!!!!

I was at the MGM and didn't want to pay $50 at their salon so went here on a whim. Typical run down Asian nail salon. Not the greastest but also not the worst. I definitely wouldn't say it's luxury. Cash only, gel mani was $25. I had to sit under the light for 7 minutes after the top coat, which seems excessively long. I would give me end result a 6/10. The edges don't look finished, a bit of polish on my skin, and I can see brush stokes. While I was there a girl came back, it sounded like she just left and one nail smudge. The owner was pretty rude to her and said that's what happens with polish and she should have gotten gel. He reluctantly redid the nail. My technician don't say much and was on the phone during the end of my service. I noticed a lot of people getting their brows done. An older woman did then in the back corner. You had to take a number and wait. It looked like she took her time and filled them in after. This could be a hidden gem for brows but there's probably better nail salons in Springfield.
