Natural Nails Salon in Lynnwood, WA

Don't recommend... Came in to get my acrylic taken off; I didn't have time to go to my normal salon. Mistake. It seemed like the first time they've done this service. Rather than wrapping my fingers, she sat my hands in bowls of cold acetone. Then went back and forth each hand trying to sand the acrylic off. It took over an hour! And they charged me $25. I've never paid that much or sat that long. And my hands were dry as heck afterwards. While I didn't get my nails done here, I did spend the hour I was there watching the highlight reels they have on their tv of the nails they've done. Based on what I saw, this is not a place I would get my nails done at. The photos did not show high quality work, the designs were outdated, and the shaping was not what I consider good. I assume this is the best of the best, or they wouldn't highlight them. The staff were nice, but I wouldn't recommend coming unless your expectations are low.

I'll give them a two stars just because they did an okay service on the first time I went there customer service was great and the service in general was acceptable. Today give me a very poor service eyebrow wax was so terrible I don't know what am I going to do my eyebrows, guess I have to wait to grow them pedicures wasn't a good one either. I just will not go there again. I thought to share my experience. It's a one time place to go not a permanent go to place. I was going to do a permanent eyebrows tattoos Donna the owner don't honor her own promises, what's on their website is not what she charges.

The salon was friendly and they did a fantastic job with my nails. Reasonable prices. I will be back! I loved the manager's cute poodle!

Will not return here ever again. I received a DIP manicure on my real nails. The work station was extremely dirty! And they weren't busy. The nail tech never even trimmed my cuticles. Isn't that included in a manicure? Not worth it. Several nail salons in the surrounding area that are much cleaner and do a better quality job. Never had anyone stare at me while I tip them on a receipt either.

Very very disappointed. Scheduled about 4 hours ahead. Got there for my appointment at the appointed time. I told them I had an appointment. But apparently a walk in was accepted. So here I am. Drove all the way across town. Then got turned away when I was scheduled. Drove all the way across town to go home. Very very rude. Very disrespectful. Very disorganized. Not truthful. And honestly, I feel discriminated against based on gender and skin color. Don't go here!!! Run the other way!!
