Luxury Nails & Spa in Pittsburgh, PA

My daughter and her friend went here today for mani pedi before they go to the beach Monday . Absolutely unacceptable work and atmosphere . Friends pedicure was painful and nails cut too short . Paint was sloppily done . Technician asked friend about the purse she was carrying "did daddy buy you that ?" Daughter asked for change for a twenty and was given five ones with assumption that she would be getting the rest as her tip . Daughter requested dip powder and multiple layers were put on and work was rushed and paint was sloppy .. photos attached . Daughter called to speak with a manager after they left and was told the person speaking was manager and no resolution offered . After looking at multiple negative online reviews report was forwarded to the BBB to have this establishment reviewed . Lesson learned after spending close to 100.00 to read the reviews prior to going somewhere .

Terrible! Hurt my daughter, called her names. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail place! My 13-year-old daughter wanted a pedicure so I made an appointment and said that she would prefer that a female work on her nails. after showing on time for her appointment, this was ignored because they over booked. The male staff began to file too hard and broke skin. the owner came over and continued to file hard. When they started to file so hard and unevenly that her skin was rubbed raw, my daughter was so uncomfortable she stood up. Then the owner took an unauthorized picture of my daughter's feet, asked her age and then called her "mean" to the other clients!

This place is absolutely awful. Rude, rough with you and ignorant. I will never be returning. Way too overpriced and a very unfriendly staff. I think I could've done a better job on my toes if I did them with my eyes closed.

I live nearby and decided to try this place out for a pedicure. It was glorious! The place seems extremely clean, I just wanted my tech throughly wash down the chair and tub I was in after my pedicure was complete. I had the male tech, I did not catch his name but he gave an amazing massage and my toes look lovely! I will be back!

I used to go here regularly and was satisfied. My recent visit was a complete disappointment. My technician left my credit card unattended at the front counter while I was getting my nails done. The other technician gave my credit card to another customer. During my pedicure she cut and scratched my toes by accident. The polish does not cover my mail completely. The worse part was how rude the woman was to me when I didn't understand her. The water was too cold then burning hot. She just turned it on and went back to her other customer. I asked her to adjust the temperature but she didn't understand me.
