Exceptional service! Everyone seems to work together so well and the customer service is better than any other salon I've visited. Vince and Ginny did the best color I've had! My friends confirmed it's the best my hair has looked and compliments me very well. Even people on the street stop to tell me how great my hair looks! I received pedicures for Dee before also and she's the best. She gives some extra tlc that other salons don't bother with. Great place!!

I have been going to Vince to have my hair styled for what has to be 4+ years now. I have extremely naturally curly, uncontrollable hair. After going to see him twice, with a little bit of persuasion, he convinced me to change up my 'do a bit and now I get compliments on it everywhere I go!!! I have only ever given complete freedom and confident trust to two stylists in my lifetime, and Vince is one of them! I'm very happy with the service I receive and will be a faithful customer for many more years to come!

I decided to see the owner since I hadn't been having much luck with salons around the area. Let me tell you, it was a huge mistake. First off, I waited 45 minutes. I had an appointment and he didn't come get me for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment! I should have gotten up and left - little did I know I was in for the worst haircut experience ever. I showed him pictures and told him I wanted a textured bob. I should have known I was in for it when he said "Oh yeah! I used to do that cut all the time in the 80s!" I walked out of there with a short bob. I asked him to put layers in so it wouldn't be so blunt, but his next client was sitting there waiting and he urged me to give it a few days to see if I get used to it. I never did. Don't make the mistake that I did thinking that if someone's name is on the salon they care. He did not care that I was a new client and waited for 45 minutes before finally being shampooed and he certainly didn't care that I was unhappy with the cut and asked for changes.

Pure luxury...Dee gives an awesome facial and a great pedicure and a fab manicure. I feel like I lost 10 lbs of stress walking out. Definitely the best pedi I've had. Plus the color stayed a good 2 weeks. She's nice too.

I go to Kim for my shellac manicures. She does a wonderful job! My manicures last 3 weeks. My nails look great and I love talking to Kim. She is friendly and does a very neat and professional job. Everyone at the salon is very nice.
