I went to this place for the second time and asked to get a mani and pedi at the same time as I was in rush. The owner assigned a second technician to me to and said I'll be an extra $5 since my services will be done at the same time. I was extremely disappointed to see that she was taking advantage of the fact that I was in time crunch and added unnecessary and unfair to my charges!!! I have been going to nail salons for a few decades and had never seen a salon charges extra for the service if the client asks for the same time service. I complaint to the owner and she took the charge away, but unfortunately the damage was already done and she lost my trust. I won't go back to this place and do not recommend it either.
I went there for a fill and some white sparkly Christmas nails. What I got was the fill over my old dark pink nails and some silver glitter polish. The look beautiful but not quite what I wanted.
I have been going here for 3 years for leg wax. Myra does an excellent job. It's reasonably priced and and I can even get in same day if I want. Haven't gotten mani/pedi so can't comment. I recommend then.
I have been going to Mai since 2007. She is incredible at her craft. Both Mai and John are professional, kind, and have a great sense of humor. Service is always prompt. Atmosphere is alway exceptionally clean, warm, and inviting. Just as important, Mai will help you determine the best service to meet your needs based on your nails and your desires. She's truly an artist. I will not go to any other salon as long as they are around.
I moved to the area about a year ago. I've tried a couple of other local nail salons and they were so so. My neighbor recommended Luxury Nails to me and I'm happy I gave it a try. They were very accommodating and kind. I had a fill and a pedicure and both came out great! think I've found my new go to nail salon!
