Go somewhere where you're treated like family ! This place may not seem like your typical new school fancy nail salon when you look at it. But the quality is top tier! There is a variety of nail options and knowledgeable nail techs of the latest trends. This plane is the mom and pop shop version of a nail Salon. Prices are reasonable! Environment is calm and quiet.

This is the best nail salon I've ever visited. Everybody was so nice, especially for Nini. They treated me like family and I was satisfied with the service I was given. I'll definitely be back soon. The service was top-notch compared to the price I paid.

Worst place I've ever gone, service was mediocre and my nails look horrible. I wanted an overlay, but the nail tech didn't even make them all the same shape or length. I don't think I've ever been this disappointed

I was a customer of this place for many years. My nail tech Eric was great. However, we hit a bump in the road.... I always make my appointments days ahead of time (just to keep it professional. Well it started off with my nail tech being a little late (20 mins), then he was very late (30 mins), then he was very very late (1hr), then he would just call and tell someone else to do my pedi because he was sooooo late.....this happen several times (yes shame of me for allowing it). The killer he would just walk in and pass right by me without making eye contact (very unprofessional), let alone apologizing. I chalked it up to 'that's their culture.....then I thought about that....It maybe their culture, but they are in America, servicing an American Girl (LOL), therefore, they should use our culture.....and it just the right thing to do, is apologize. My last visit, I made an appointment with Eric and I asked him several times are you sure you will be there at 10:30, he assured me he would....well guess what....yes, you got it....he was a no show. Then I had to wait another 30mins before someone could do my pedi...mind you I was already there waiting on Eric for 45mins. Yes, I know I should have walked out, but I had an engagement to attend and did not have time to look for another Nail Spa. But, before I walked out I addressed my concerns with the manager, and I told him I would make sure I post my review on Yelp. He tried to explain about how they work by rotation...blah blah blah....he sound like 'Charlie Brown' teacher. And I told him 'I care about the work rotation, WHY'. Exactly. Maybe if it was only the late or no show of my nail tech I would have consider going to someone else there. But it's not only that.....the place is not that great and the other techs are not that friendly.... And they rush and do crappy work. Well to say the least, I will never return to Luxury Nail again to spend my $$$$ I worked very hard to earn. There are too many nail salons in the DFW Metroplex, heck, it's one/two on every block. Nevertheless, I did find a new place that I LOVE called Top Nails near 24hr Fitness in Cedar Hill. So, if you are reading this review I hope the information helps. And think about trying Top Nails......very nice people and very classy and clean place.

I'm satisfied every time I come here. I have no problem supporting my fellow Asians. LOL! Truly I. All I love this place. It's pretty clean to me and the staff is nice. Today my wife and I are getting our nails done. Me a mani and the wife is getting a mani and pedi. Keep in mind this place is open on Sunday's and that is WINNING! If you are in need of a nail salon on Sunday's this is the place to come to. I hope this review is helpful to others.
