This is a barbershop and beauty salon. They are side by side. I explain the pros and the cons of the shop. Pros: 1. each time I've been in I've never had to wait too long to receive service. 2. My son and I both received fairly decent hair cuts. Above average to pretty good. Never a bad cut. Cons: 1. I expect to be greeted upon entry to any establishment that provides a service. This place doesn't do that. They look at you like what do you want? In my mind I'm like what the f*** does it look like I want in a barbershop? 2. The salon side is a no go. Each time I've stopped in to ask about services, A. I am not greeted, simply asked can I help you? B. The female stylists give way too much attitude. I don't take too kindly to rudeness, unprofessional behavior, or poor basic customer service. So this place won't work for me. Tonya's shitty attitude was a real turn off. C. The salon stylists prices are just ridiculous. For styles that range from $40-$80 for basic styles, they almost always quote me double the amount. All in all if your regular barbershop is busy or full, stop by this location. Don't bother with the salon side unless you want to deal with black women that act like they can do without your money.
