I was in desperate need of a haircut and came here on a recommendation of a neighbor. I was very appreciative of the availability and flexibility of the stylist, as i was traveling in from out of town and my arrival time was in flux, so I was feeling positive about my choice. My first impression when I walked in was that no one greeted me, unless you count the one stylist who kept staring at me without saying anything. When my stylist arrived, I have to say that I was a little surprised at her pretty basic skills. My hair is long and I wanted a few inches off with layers in the back so my hair wouldn't be weighed down and would have some movement. What I got was a basic haircut with a few layers along the bottom and a bit of framing around the face. When I asked for more layers in the back, she just trimmed more off the bottom. When I tried to describe the razor-comb thinning scissors that many stylists have used on my hair to created texture and some layering higher up, she either didn't know what I was talking about or didn't know how to use it because she just picked up my hair and snipped off more at the bottom. It's not the worst haircut I've had but I went to a salon assuming I'd receive a higher level of skill than the Hair Cuttery or Super Cuts.
Carly gave me the cutest cut today! I haven't gotten a haircut in over 2 years so I got a couple of inches chopped off. My head feels a lot lighter and healthier now haha
Cynthia does such a great job with great lengths extensions. She is the most reasonable price wise in Indianapolis for great lengths & my hair always looks amazing. There is no other hairdresser I'd rather go to. I am a customer for life!

Cynthia is amazing!!!! She is the only person I trust with mine and my daughters hair! And they have a play room in the back! Serious score for a salon to have a place for kids of all ages!
