Elegant Nails in Fishers, IN

Gosh I don't know where to start it was so horrible! I was greeted with friendly staff but then sat in the pedicure chair for an hour and a half before my session. Please note there was only two other people in their store at this time. The man doesn't do a very good job and I asked for the $45 pedicure massage treatment let's just say it wasn't worth the money.  And had I known they don't sterilize their instruments they simply just scrub them off in the sink and set them on a towel to dry I would have walked out of there immediately. Completely grossed out! Those metal items need to be autoclaved/sterilized. Their skills are below standard for their pricing. Only came here bcuz I was given a gift card. The place is picked up but counters and pedicure tub are yucky..not just because they are stained but because they are not cleaned of previous shavings and polish. I always tip very graciously but not today.  I'll be heading back to Davinci nails where for the same money I get much better service, results and it's WAY CLEANER!

My primary nail salon for the past 17 years! Yes, I have "dipped" in at the occasional new salon. buroads lead back to Tina & Andy's business. Over the years they've "polished" the decor to enhance the customer experience. Elegant Nails offers all the latest nail techniques. With three technicians on staff, the weekends are the busiest time--pack your patience! If you want to "gel" with the staff in a less harried environment, try to visit during the week.

Being just minutes from my home, Elegant Nails is my go-to spot for my pedicures. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and the price is more than fair. I can't speak to other services (full sets/ gel/acrylic, fills, waxing, etc.), but I am always happy with my results. The owners are always here and very sweet.  Just bring cash for a tip!

I hate that I have to give this place two stars because they were so nice and very friendly! The salon was really clean, they made Covid accommodations so that customers felt much safer. They had the normal mask on, they built plastic barriers, and went extra lengths to ensure safety. However, the quality of my nails is below average! I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted - length and shape. The final product isn't close to the photo. They set me an appointment at 6:00pm and they close at 7:00pm. I appreciate them working past their closing time but if you give me an appointment time of 6:00pm and knew I needed a full set then you should be okay working past close. I felt towards the end the tech was rushing and you can definitely tell looking at the quality of my nails. It's a bummer because they were awesome and very accommodating; but their work doesn't live up to any of that. The purple nails is the photo I wanted. The blue are my nails.

I have to say I've been coming here for while and everytime I love my results Tina and Andy always have my nails cute!
