We have been here multiple times. We visited right when they opened before the pandemic and they were nice and friendly. After we came back to campus, we made an appointment and the first time they said they couldn't do a line design so we got solid colored nails. The second time, they were not understanding with no leway time as students on campus with no car. We were going to be 5 minutes late as our lyft time said so we called and they said they wouldn't be able to do what design we wanted which was simple 2 colors or take us completely.
Made appointments twice, neither was honored on time, left without the service complete because I had meetings to attend. It's a shame, because Doug did an awesome dip manicure the one time I did get in. Sadly, I won't be going back. No respect for people's time.
I came at the time of my appointment and still waited about 25 minutes for the pedicure to start. I paid a whopping $70 for just my nails (new set of acrylics with gel) and was promised they'd last 6 weeks. I had lifting on my middle finger within 1.5 weeks. My nails were also uneven in shape and not a true coffin shape. This was my first time, but I won't be coming back. The staff were kind, but I could get a better quality of service for $25 less.
Okay, I am in LOVE! Mike CRUSHED it with my nails. I came in with some really terrible dip polish from another salon on my nails and he was so good about fixing my nails and then putting on this amazing set. He was so detail oriented and made sure my nails were perfect before I left--he even added these sweet crystals for fun. The place itself is so clean and cute and has tons of colors to choose from! I'll be back ASAP! Thank you Mike!
Five stars is extremely accurate for this salon! Jennifer made sure I was satisfied with the length and shape of my nails, and if she saw something off she corrected it instantly. Very articulate work and such a kind woman! There were many tools she used that I had never seen before in other places, to ensure perfection! I will be more than happy to give them all my business.
