Always a great job by Fatin! She's been doing my hair for years, and the only person I let come near my hair!! Call and make an appointment, or walk in! They also do many other services. Exceptional customer service, coffee, tea, snacks, etc!

I came in for a massage with Carol. She performed well; she really helped relieve some tension in my hip and back; I feel like the neck was not worked on much but everything else was good. There was a lady right outside the room getting a pedicure and she was really loud, I could hear the entire conversation as if there were no barriers between us.

Walking in and seeing the salon totally empty should of been a sign to run away. The lady who was doing my hair was 5 minutes late and walked in like she just rolled out of bed. My blonde hair was golden tone and I wanted more of a ashy white. She wasn't even close to the picture I showed her. She made my roots way darker than natural and she didn't even blend the roots to the blonde.I paid $180 for bad hair.If you're thinking about coming here to get your hair done don't waste your time. Go find someone who can actually do hair

Salon is under new ownership and has very poor customer service. Would not honor gift card I had won at charity event as it was not purchased thru "new owner". Not the best way to attract a new customer !!

Received a groupon for this salon. Wow! Wasen did my highlights and cut, with a treatment. What an amazing job she did. I have never been so happy. The highlights are absolutely perfect. I went into the salon sad about my highlights and cut, Wasen said don't worry I will make you happy. Oh boy, she sure did. I recommend everyone to go and see her.... you will be so happy! Love love love.
