Luxe Nailscape in Fairfield, CA

I've been curious about trying this nail salon but felt a bit uneasy after going through some of the reviews online. However, upon entering Luxe Nailscape, with no appointment, only walk-in I was quickly put to rest as I was promptly attended to with the exact service I had in mind. Lina, who took care of my nails, was incredibly gentle and skilled. Originally, I wanted to go for the Classic Gel manicure with French tips, but I learned that adding French tips would incur an extra fee. Ultimately, I opted for a single-color classic gel manicure, and I must say, I absolutely adore it. Perfect shade for someone who works in medical field. Thank you Luxe Nailscape !!

I came here for the first time a couple of days ago, and Lina did my nails. I wanted acrylic, but she suggested the gel x nails, stating that they were as durable and healthier than the acrylic I typically get, so I decided to give it a try. One broke only 2 hours after my appointment. I was charged $120, which is a lot more than I usually pay for short-medium nails. When I returned to ask to have them taken off and get a refund, the other tech named Ardelle suggested I not take them off but rather fix the broken nail. I explained that was not what I wanted, and they did remove and refund my money. However, I was very disappointed in the quality and price of the nails, especially after returning to my usual nail salon and being told that they charge $70 for the same kind and length. I was also informed that they really are not any healthier of an option. I will not be returning.

I specifically went to look for a place that did GelX or hard gel extensions, because I have had bad experiences with acrylic and dip. I made a booking online (through an app) for a full set and a pedi. It's an easily found place, and when I got there I was lucky that there was no one else waiting so I got both services done at once by Erin and Lina. Both of them super nice and accommodating, soft on the filing (I have thin nails so I appreciate it!) and detailed with their work. I will definitely be back! The only one thing I wish they had is massage chairs but unless that's a deal breaker you're going to do great coming here. Tips should be in cash ideally and I wish I had known that, but they do take cards.

I've been here 3 times 1 with a lady named sydny whos not working there anymore good job the last 2 have been a scam i went in Sydney wasn't there so I went to another lady for a fill they put a thick layer of gel polish when I keep questioning what she was putting on was told it's a new healthy liquid acrylic i kept asking is it strong because ive never heard of this i need tgem strong for the work i do come to find out it was gel polish they just caked on and charged me for a fill that's a manicure not a fill then I went today made my appointment days ago never knew the girl isn't there got there explained how I didn't want what they did last time because it bends the manager is the one who said it was gel polish I said I don't want that because I came in for a acrylic fill after i had nails done she says 98 dollars i said are you serious for what now they are charging me to drill off what she did last time and for a full set i told her these are my real nails she didntt do a full set she just put acrylic over my nails she tried to convince me that is a full set i have had nails for 21 years i have never heard the things they came up with .. don't go here!!! I told her if u would have told me how much I would have walked out they charged me 98 for a basic fill no design nothing scams never again Also she filed my skin to where it's cut and bleeding my fingers hurt so bad Reply to the managers unprofessional comment... I think Instead of you blaming the customer. I think you should blame yourself and for not understanding what your techs are doing and you are charging people. And you did charge me $98. And after I called you several times you ended up saying you would refund me the thirty dollars. And I fully understood what was done. And you got caught scamming and now had to reverse the charges. And I've already contacted the bank as well. So blame yourself as the owner of this place instead of the person who went in there. And was blindly charged for things that you did not do and then how to confirm with the tech what she did or did not do what you charged me for take accountability as the owner and like. I told you when I left there. I will never return you are a scammer, you're business is a scam. I have the bank statements you charged me $98 for services not done and I will be contacting. Not only the better business bureau but also the health department and consumer affairs. So like I said, take accountability for what you didn't do and what you charged me for and got caught for. That's fine people can be happy going there bt they should be aware of what your doing in regards to charging without providing the services. And in reguard to the not cracking my nails where cracking in the middle of the nails because you put gell polish not liquid acrylic like she told me after I asked 3 times.

First off, i'd like to say my nail tech was super sweet, the business is very clean and welcoming, HOWEVER, i was not expecting to spend $100 on a FILL. My nails were veryyy chunky and veryyy rounded, very thick. The nails did not look like the inspo, i had to tell her how to make the french tip look more like a french tip. The biggest thing for me is that 1. a FILL should not be $100, 2. they were short frenchies so how did the price go up??? For $100 id expect these to be the best most gorgeous nails i've ever seen and it failed to meet my expectations.
