My experience here was one of the best I've had at a salon in a long time. It was a last minute appointment that I scheduled on a whim not expecting to get in the next day (a client cancelled), and Lauren, the owner, was super nice and accommodating! As far as the service itself, I got a full blonde highlight (which with my thick/medium long hair typically takes forever) and she was very experienced and knowledgeable on my hair texture/type. She said she loved highlights and by the way they turned out I could tell that she definitely knew what she was doing! It can be very hard to find a stylist that does highlights just how you want them! Staff was SO friendly and welcoming, I would love to go back & I super recommend this place!!
The stylists are good but the management is terrible. My first appointment was wonderful and that is why I wanted to return. But after I scheduled a second appointment, I called and left a message that I needed to cancel due to work obligations and two days later, they claim they didn't get my message. I have proof I made the call but obviously, I don't know what happened to the message. Now this salon wants to charge me a full $75 hair stylist fee because they claimed I missed the appointment without canceling. And they won't let me return to a great stylist for an appointment unless the fee is paid. The "missed appointment fee" was unknown and not provided when the second appointment was scheduled. Looks like the salon is trying to recover from the damage COVID did to hair salons by charging fees. If you can keep your appointment, by all means, go to this salon. But if there is a chance you might need to cancel, do not count on them to acknowledge it.

I went here 2 times for highlights.. a total of $400+ and completely damaged hair.. I could not get a comb or brush through my hair at all.. it felt like straw for so long.. I had to go to another salon for deep conditioning treatments.. not happy at all
