I should have trusted all of the other reviews. This place is a waste of money. They don't have any color options and the polish they have are trash. Don't waste your time with this place
The salon is not pleasing at all. There are only ever 3 workers. They're slow and do not know how to make a person happy. The woman who was trimming my nails literally fought with me about the length I wanted. This place is horrible. Don't waste your time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. One day after getting my gel nails done they chipped after one day. No color options either. They are horrible at designs. The were not friendly. Horrible at shaping. I am not super picky and am very laid back but this place is awful. Nightmare of a place. Cheap but 100% not worth it.
Honestly, I'd love to give this place some grace but every time I go it's always a bad experience. One time I went to get my fake nails removed, and they took a credit card and peeled them off. It hurt A LOT and my nails were so damaged. I went again today to give them another chance thinking "maybe I came on a bad day" and the experience was not any better. We had an appointment at 11:00 and we're not seen until 11:40. In that long waiting period, I observed my surroundings. There were finger nails all over the floor, there was dip powder spills everywhere that hadn't been cleaned, it was gross. I also noticed that the never cleaned their tools. The only reason I would say they're any good, is because a good amount of the workers are sweet. But even then, some were kind of rude. Basically, if you're looking for a clean, quick place, DO NOT go here.
I had powder put on my nails last week and 4 of them chipped off within 24 hours and 2 more later in the week. I spent $85 too much here!! Now I have to spend even more somewhere else to fix it!!
