Holiday Hair Salon in Johnstown, PA

They gave me the worst hair cut of my life yesterday, 11/11/23. Around 3 yesterday day afternoon I went to get my hair trimmed after receiving a call earlier in the day from them telling me they had walk in availability. Which getting a call from a hair place is strange. But I need one so I went. The young lady spent over 40 minutes on my hair and at the end it is patchy and the lengths make no sense and she didn't even fade the different lengths together. I look like some one from the fifth element. I will never go this place again and I strongly advise anyone to steer as far away from here as possible.

I'm very disappointed with my visit there today. I walked in and first wasn't greeted by anybody. Instead, I got nasty looks from the stylists there. I walk up to the counter and once again, I was completely ignored. I then sat down waiting for someone to call me over. I waited for 15 minutes and still nothing was said. I then ended up leaving. It's extremely unprofessional and flat out disrespectful. If they want business than I encourage them to greet there customers and not ignore them.

Very much would recommend going here. I was greeted immediately, made me felt welcome even during the pandemic. The woman who shampooed, cut, and styled my hair was very nice and considerate. She took her time, didn't rush and told me what she was using in my hair.

Horrible experience! The young man that worked at the salon used a dull razor to cut my hair. He was forcing the razor to cut through my strands and in the process caused my entire scalp to bleed. I went to another salon so they can look at my head. She noticed blood spots and fixed the haircut while I was their. I was in pain for days. The haircut at Holiday Hair was the least of my problems even though it looked horrendous. The lady who highlighted my son's hair the same day wasn't any better. My child's head had blonde patches throughout. Never again. If you are producing blood just from a haircut, I think it's best to hire new hairstylists. Thank God it was me and not a child who was sitting in that seat.

Horrible place, I called to make an appointment for a regular haircut because I was pressed for time today and had to leave work to get this done!!! The guy that answered said that it wouldn't be necessary. I rushed to get in there and had to wait 5 mins till someone waited on me then I was told it would be another 15 mins!!! That why I wanted to make an appointment so at most of have to wait 5 mins instead I had to call my employer and tell them I'd be allot longer! I would not recommend this place! If your in a hurry!!!!
