I'm truly didn't like this place. My pedicure was average and the lady had a cough, which kind of threw me off. So I don't think I'll be going back.

I had a very bad experience today,
It was my third visit.

The first visit I got acrylics and a man did my nails. I was satisfied with the job. The nails were too thick and one nail was crooked but I could deal with it..
Second visit I got a refill and design. Booked an appointment to come in. The lady who did my nails this time was very nice and she reshaped my nails so they weren't as thick and pudgy on my hands. It was slim and well shaped. She did the design how I asked and was given water. I was very happy and decided that I wanted this to be my go to nail shop.

My third visit I asked for a refill and got the man who did my nails the first time. Already I was nervous for the shape of my nails.
I picked a glitter color, specifically because it was glitter no chrome, no metal, nothing. And I asked for a design on one nail for each hand, was told that was $10, okay.
As he does my nails he cut me multiple times to the point that I flinch in pain. He makes me bleed on two fingers. This did hurt and I was hesitant to let him continue based on how rough he was being. He twisted my finger enough that it hurt.
I was uncomfortable at this point and just wanted it to be over.
Then as he is doing the color I have to ask him to add more nude because it's not layered enough and you can still see my nail pretty clearly underneath.
And then be begins to add a white power to the nail color which i assumed is glitter because the color i picked has glitter.
Turns out it wasn't glitter it was chrome.
I assumed he knows what he's doing as a nail tech so I let him add this but it wasn't what I asked for.
When I get to the counter I realize the white powder stuff was $15 making my total $15 more.

I show him the color i wanted and what I have and one clearly has chrome (mine) and the example has NO CHROME.
I specifically picked this color because it was a periwinkle glitter color. He added this and it wasn't even what's on the example color I picked out.
He continues to argue that it's the same when I can clearly see that they are not the same. This was extremely frustrating.

At this point I already knew I just wanted to pay and leave. So I asked him to break down the price for me,
The nail tech is visibly upset and im upset now because I was keeping my composure but they couldn't return the same respect.

When I asked why he didn't tell me the chrome was an extra $15 at the seat he couldn't give me an answer.
I cannot recommend this place.

Edit: I realized when I got home that multiple nails were crooked. Not only did I have a rough experience, enough that blood was drawn from the cuts. Wasn't told the price of something I didn't ask for, but I also have crooked nails.
Edit: it's been a week and no one has reached out to solve the issue they created like in previous reviews. I can see now that they will give you bad a service but also ignore you. Will not be returning and do not recommend risking your money on a shoddy job with bad customer service.

I went for a pedicure and dip on my hands. The dip was done too thin so within a day, several nails were cracking already and my polish on my feet were chipping as well... so much so, you'd think I was an athlete. However, when i went back to get them fixed, they didn't give me any issues and completely redid my dip nails.

This is the third time my sister and I have visited the salon. the first two times were great! We didn't even mind collectively spending $350+ for pedicures, dip nails and gratuities.
But for some reason this visit was a nightmare and we will not be going back!
Nails were very unevened she redid my three times I set chair for more than 2 hours on the Nails station, my sister didn't even make it to a nail chair she was pulled across her own lap in pedicure chair to get her nails done very uncomfortable as she suffers from fibromyalgia (they weren't that busy) . I sat in the nail chair for so long finally I said it's fine! and they were still this bad when I got home! One hand looks like it belongs on another body. totally different. uneven in thickness and color and I twice screamed out loud because of getting cut by the nail file ( and that wasn't even the motorized file) . supposed to be an ombre dip which well I guess a couple of them do look ombre. Sorta.
Hers are not even attached to the natural nail as you can see in the picture. And also uneven and not filled to the cuticle which were not even pushed back to begin with on either mine or her nails. Which left neither of our nails fully covered. Salon is not recommended there are too many other salons I'm sure one of them has to do a better job than this!!
