Hello Gorgeous in Wenatchee, WA

Had a waxing appointment with Barbara and she was/is amazing. It Was my first time ever and she made the experience very , very comfortable. I would recommend her anyday of the week to all my friends and family. If your looking for a waxing tech who is quick and efficient I would recommend Barbara at "Hello Gorgeous salon" .

Disappointing. After reading some stellar reviews I thought I'd give it a try. Here's my true experience: Barbra had a quiet, dry personality, unlike the reviews she has received. No small talk. No comedic experience. She simply got down to ripping. All in about 20 min. After my service she informed me that she had raised her rates. I would think she would be more professional and say something like "since I didn't tell you before....next visit the rates will be a little higher" but no. Apparently she had only raised her rates on me. As for the rest of it: No anti bacterial prior. Even a blood draw they will cleanse the area before they open the skin. Weird slapping technique that does NOTHING. I still wonder what that is all about. Really weird. I came home with bits of pink wax still on me. Looked like bubble gum. Inferior product. No use of cloth strips which makes things less painful. Very darkly lit room. First time I ever acquired ingrown hairs. The kicker was Erin told me she writes her own reviews. Now I understand. She doesn't write them but certainly solicits them. She encouraged me to check in on Facebook and also write a review. This review does not make me a liar or jealous professional. I just did not have the experience others claim she gives and people should know that.The way she dealt with me was most unprofessional. If you treat people unfairly-correct the problem. Simple. No need for name calling. No need to contact other clients and ask them to write reviews for you. That's just plain wrong. So don't be surprised if........

Barbara was excellent, she definitely made it feel very relaxing and welcoming. Salon is very cute and clean, already have my next appointment booked.

This salon is perfect. Erin is amazing, my cut, color, and highlights turned out to be more then what I imagined. Won't be letting anyone else touch my hair from now on. I've found my stylist and the best salon in town.

Had a waxing service with Barbara. I will go no where else from now on, she is extremely knowledgeable and quick using different types of wax for the different areas. The pain was minimal. I will be going back for all my waxing needs from now on.
