Lovely Nails in Gastonia, NC

We were looking for a place to do our nails, my daughter and I, and I noticed this place coming out Dallas, NC. We were cautious and apprehensive, but nevertheless open to new choices. ;)
The place is clean and welcoming, and so are the staff; I was concerned about my daughter, she had a bad experience a long time ago and she didn't want to go to any nail salon again. But one of the young ladies took care of her and it made my day! :)
All I had to do was relax and get my nails done, it was a good mother/daughter day out; thank you.
We were so satisfied that we decided to go for Chinese food next door.

This nail salon is the best. I will not go any where else. The lady that did my nails was so nice. The nail salon did not smell which was so pleasing. Love this place.

I love this nail salon. Let me start by saying it is clean, their equipment is clean and they are doing nails right. Yes, they are busy, so you may have to wait. No they don't take appointments. No they don't to coffin nails and don't carry SNS. If you don't have patience, then go to the salon that is dirty and fast...

They know what they are doing and are meticulous at it! I have never had a poor manicure or pedicure from this salon.  They have a customer for life!

This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. And I have been to a lot of terrible nails salons. I am giving two stars instead of one because they did fix my nails for free. The man doing my nails was nice but clearly an extreme newbie when it comes to doing nails. He cut my finger deeper than you would ever expect while getting a full set. I was dripping blood for a long time and it was painful and open for days afterwards. I'm thankful it didn't get infected. My nails were clumpy, misshapen, horribly painted, crooked, and so so thick. This was after I was coaching him the entire time, "Please make sure that spot gets polish on it." "More square please" "please not so thick." I can only imagine how absolutely horrifying they would look if I kept my mouth shut. They were so bad I literally had tears in my eyes while he was doing them. I was PMSing and I was in pain from the deep gash he left on my middle finger, but a good 60% of the tears were pure sorrow from how ugly my nails were. A woman was checking in with him the whole time but it didn't matter it was still trash. When he was finished I wiped the tears from my eyes and showed the woman my nails and told her I really need them fixed. She told me to come back when it was convenient for me and she fixed them up so they looked mediocrely okay. I accidentally went back to this place today because I had forgotten the name and was looking for a new place to get a pedi. I captured a sign on the way that said they didn't do stiletto or coffin shaped nails and that they refuse to put gel polish on acrylic nails. What?? They are shooting them selves in the foot, EVERY GIRL I knos gets gel polish on acrylic and many many like the coffin and stiletto shape. If this place shuts down, it will make perfect sense. Stay far far away from this trash excuse for a nail salon

I went there because they're close to my house and thought I'd give them a try since the other place I've been going to is hit or miss with quality. I couldn't be happier. They knew i had a tight schedule and they paid attention to the time. Awesome fill-in (much attention to detail) and a great pedicure both at very inexpensive prices! I will definitely make this my new go-to nail salon!
