I came in for a nail replacement and color change because my nail broke , did not add a tip to broken nail & couldn't perform style ask. manger shrug shoulders when  told the situation. Still had  to pay 10$ for a horrible replacement & nothing else done . waste of my time and money , won't be back .

Denise is my nail artist and I absolutely love going to her. She takes her time and she's very precise and very peculiar about her work.

Came in and customers service was great, but the lack of communication when it comes to what a customer wants is horrible I asked multiple times for my toe nail to be straight and the nail tech wasn't getting what I was saying kept having to bring the lead nail tech to understand which is completely fine but not professional at all and very frustrated I had 2 people working on my nails and almost took 2 hours for me to get my toes done which is unacceptable I arrived at 1 and still haven't got my nails on my hands done.

Thanks

The host and the building were nice, and the vibe was chill. What wasn't chill was when the nail tech thought it would be ok to roll her eyes and under her breath scoff at me for asking her fix something that was wrong with the nails. I did ask her to change the design because she didn't have the right materials and it honestly looked bad. The original design had some stars and gems. It honestly seemed like she just had a problem with me being there. She was low-key rude, she cut my pinkys , and she was honestly rushing to get me out. the nails look fine but just the experience was not good. Maybe don't go with Kate

I have been there four times, the Nail tech Alex is professional and will do what you ask. I am still looking for a REAL spa experience in North Carolina after living in Washington, DC for twenty years where a Spa provides genuine peace and tranquility.. here all the employees cross talk across the spa to each other and it is hit and miss with the skills of the nail techs. They do not use enough time to cure gel polish and most will remove gel nails using the rushed and painful process of pushing an acrylic nail under your existing nails to peel them off. They want to rush you out the door to get other clients faster. Mary is absolutely the worst at manicures and pedicures. She has broken off my real nails using this tactic causing my nails to split and bleed into the nail bed under the nail. I wonder how they can get and keep a license. They want cash for tips so they can conceal what they earn. I have read other reviews praising the selection of polish but I'm underwhelmed because they are really behind the times when it comes to trends and nail art. Mary has also been overly aggressive with the metal file on the bottoms of my feet during pedicures and massages your legs much too aggressively, I seriously wonder, where were they trained, if at all? I believe the licensing agencies and possibly health inspectors need to scrutinize such places. If you look around the establishment you can see it needs paint and cleaning. The nail stations are inconsistent as far as cleaning is concerned and no standard practices or procedures are followed. The very few good techs there are lost in the sauce so to speak. I am still searching for a nail spa which adheres to real professional standards and provides consistent quality in services .
