Good quality dip nails. I've had dip at other places and they had cracked way too early. Not here. They also are sanitary too. Change out the lining for foot spa and use gloves when working with feet. My husband comes with me and they treat him well too. They're not fake nice and they are respectful. Owner hires from multiple nationalities not just Vietnamese. They speak English to each other and it is apparent they enjoy to work with each other they joke around with each other.
Owner has poor customer service manners. And I can't support a local business that is rude to customers because they lack employees and running over appointments. I can only imagine how she treats her employees and the reason she is short staffed. I want to enjoy my nail experience and de-stress for a moment. Not meant to feel bad because she is short staffed. Or that my business is not important. I use to have sympathy for the lack of employees due to pandemic now I see the real reason is her rudeness over all. I urge you to support a business that treats all people with dignity and respect. Looking for a new local nail place.
The salon manager (also the owner) is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment and was told to be there in 10 minutes. The manager who answered the phone hung up before I could give her my name. When I arrived I was told that I needed to wait because I didn't have an appointment. Hold on, I tried to make an appointment and the manager hung up the phone on me. When I brought this to her attention she began to shout at me from across the salon. She continued to give me dirty looks. I should have turned around and walked out. Overall the salon is run down and the equipment is very worn. The nail polish selection is limited and most of the choices are crusty and half dried up. The other workers seemed pleasant -- I actually feel sorry for them. There are nicer nail salons in the area, I definitely won't be returning to this one ever!
I come for Dalin and will wait to have her. She does a great mani-pedi and I am always happy when I leave.
