I absolutely adore this place ! They are all great technicians . I usually always get hat guy , he is absolutely amazing and extremely diligent . I also love how they will not do something they can't or they will ask a coworker that is more able (like my flowers)

I went I to get a pedicure, the male employee suggest
A $10.00 upgrade, I know I did not need one.
He then got mad and acted so bitter towards me. It was 2 men doing pedicures, and 1 woman. I see he doesn't add a tablet, or anything to the water like the other nail shops. He barely touched my feet. Simple cut and uneven, once I got home and saw it.
He saw I was frustrated then at the end he wanted to put lotion on my legs after I look at the menu again to see what I'm suppose to get for the price I'm paying.
The way he talked to me wasn't pleasant, I changed my mind on the color before he even touched my feet he didn't like that.
He had to get that extra money somehow, he then stated it was $5.00 extra for the cat eye polish ( which didn't look well on me once get home to see the uneven cut and polish) I could have gotten up and left but I didn't want to go to another shop and start over, just wanted the day over, just get out of there.
The other man told the woman beside me, to go fishing with her spouse the next time and stick her feet In the water to catch fish!!!!! He thought it was funny, I didn't find that funny. I WAS REALLY READY TO GO THEN
I think they're burnt out and just don't care anymore.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I have never been so disappointed in a pedicure service before. I paid $63 for the worst service ever. The hot stones were cold and he did them for less than 30 seconds on each leg, he left the paraffin wax on for so long that it started to get cold because he was busy tending to another customer. The polish was poorly done and left all over my toes without being cleaned up. I will never visit this establishment again.
This is my go to place for me I get great service I always luv my nail designs the place is always clean I have been going there for atleast 4 years that says allot. Lately though the wait has been longer than usual which I'm not used to but I know not to make other appts that day lol I still enjoy going! Prices are not bad either! I know my nails will be done how I like and the right way!
Today I made an appointment for a mani and pedi at this salon. I have been going here for years, and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I requested a classic pedicure ($30) that comes with a massage, buffer, etc. My pedicure lasted maybe 10 mins, had little to no massaging, and have dead skin all over my feet. I then went to get my manicure and my tech was not happy with the design I picked out. She said nothing to me, and before I could ask for a tip, began doing my nails aggressively. It took her over an hour to do these very simple nails and not even to my liking. The entire time she was shaking her head at me and scolding me... By the time I was finished, I was ready to pay and get out of there. I was charged $90 for my nails and toes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Love has never charged me $60 for a dip manicure. I am at a loss here and feel like I was scammed. I wish I could say I would be back, but I definitely am not!!!
