She ruined my hair. I was being specific about style that I want but she spontaneously cut my front hair as a bang. Also, she doesn't use scissors to cut hair. She uses trimming knife. Honestly, I can do better job than her. I think she lost her taste or just too old fashion. She gets millions phone calls and cannot focus on getting my hair done. It was so stressful to be there. This wasn't what I was expecting and she charged me for $160 with unfinished hair. She couldn't even bother to style my hair at the end. I put my Bonnie right after and I cannot fix my hair because she cut my front hair as a bang!! Never ever again! I want to cry right now.
Highly recommend!! Joyce is such a friendly and efficient hair stylist - she looked at my reference photo and then gave me exactly what I wanted in under 30 min. Love my haircut! Don't forget to call ahead of time to make an appt since it's just her there. Please support Joyce!
LITERALLY THE BEST HAIR STYLIST IVE EVER HAD... im deadass. she works very fast, diligently, and confidently. she matched the reference i showed her perfectly. it's obvious that joyce has had a lot of experience especially cutting asian hair that not a lot of hair stylists know how to do. shes super nice and considerate of how you want your haircut to be so she can match it. i love how competent and hard working joyce is. after receiving joyce's service, it is clear that how she knows what shes doing and i couldnt have asked for a better salon. plus, the prices are very affordable. I'd gone to Joyce over a decade ago when I went from long hair to a short bob to almost a pixie. The only reason I stopped going was I grew my hair out. When I was ready to cut off 16 inches last month, I was over the moon to see that she was still in business! My hair has changed a lot in the last 10 years, and I wasn't sure what the best options would be for the style that I liked. I have super fine hair, and it has thinned drastically over the last 3 to 4 years. Joyce was very straightforward about what would look best, based on her experience and the pictures I brought in we discussed options and I felt really comfortable with what we agreed upon. I was done in less than half an hour, she gave me exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier. As a matter of fact, I'm even more impressed than I expected because it's such a technically fabulous cut that I can literally wash and go if I don't have time to blow dry and style.
