Service (2 stars) Quality (1 star) Vibe (-1 star) It's sad to give this review but maybe it will help them to improve. I live walking distance from Natomas Nails and would love to be able to go there. But, from the moment I walked in, it was not inviting. It was cluttered and b . There are plastic barriers between the customer and the nail stylist. The barriers made sense during COVID and I could handle them if it weren't for all of the notifications all over the plastic barrier - including statement that essentially say - Cash only, if you don't like what we did - tell us before we do too much; some of our nail stylists are better than others so if you want something "special" tell us ahead of time. Now for the nail job itself: My nails were unevenly squared. The gel began chipping within a week. I never had gel chip before this. I've seen comments about the gel chipping in other reviews. There are so many nail salons around the area. I believe in supporting businesses within walking distance, but they have to provide a pleasant atmosphere and good service to keep my business. Unfortunately without a significant change in atmosphere and service this is not one where I will return.

Least to say I'm disappointed. I knew something was up when she did no cuticle prep didn't even cut my natural nails that something's gonna be up but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and not even 3 days after they started lifting, yellowing, chipping on the sides. Some nails are longer than others or shaped differently just overall horrible. I've gotten milky white nails before same thing with the same matte top coat and they never looked like this never yellowed and never looked disgusting. And all for $70?! Please this place is a rip off. She wasn't even talking the entire time not asking how's this? How does this look? She was talking to the other workers there. Also cut the nails too short then asked how's this? I couldn't really do anything at that point so I just said it's fine and tried to convince myself it'll be alright cause they're almond shaped and it won't be too short.

I love them!! I drive 45mins to come here and it is 100% worth it!! The staff are all kind and very dedicated to making sure I'm getting exactly what I want and that I love my nails and toes! Lynn did a great job on my nails and Tina did a great job on my pedicure!

I see tons of pictures of amazing long acrylic sets.. but maybe a basic gel mani isn't their thing. I had a gel mani done here and they got it on my skin, the polish was uneven, and it was peeling the following day. The oval shape was not neat. The lady who did my nails was super nice and didn't use the drill on my natural nails when I asked. However, there was another manicurist talking so badly/ cursing about previous customers and complaining about people leaving bad reviews . That was super awkward and so unprofessional. The place does not seem clean. The need to wipe down all surfaces. There was dust everywhere! The towels they used looked dirty.
