I went to Loreta's for the first time on July 22nd, 2020 and I'm sad to say I won't be returning. Loreta was complaining that she had to get CoViD testing done every 2 weeks but nail people didn't, she pointed to me as she said this as I am of Asian descent. I told her I didn't do nails, she asked me what my profession was and I told her I was a medical technologist at a local hospital. Her nephew heard this and proceeded to complain about hospitals and how they were falsifying results to make more money. I told him hospitals have actually lost money and the healthcare workers at my hospital didn't get any bonuses, no over time pay, and won't be getting raises for the next year or so, but he continued to complain about hospitals contaminating swabs on purpose to make more money. Aside from their poor social skills, my hair cut turned out atrocious - I have short hair and only wanted a trim but Loreta made the back of my hair look like a broom. I left with a large tip and kindly parted with a "stay safe."
