Can not say enough amazing things about the work my hairstylist Lenzie does on my hair. As someone who moved here from another city, it took me three years to find someone I could trust. Having naturally curly, thick hair it is hard to find someone who knows how to cut it right and not look uneven. Not only am I her client my wife is too and we would not have it any other way. Lenzie is kind, funny and helpful and offers suggestions when I am looking to try something new. She also handles my hair dye and root coverage. I highly recommend you check her out! I have included pictures to show off her work!

I can not recommend Luxe Spa and Nikki enough! The Spa itself is beautiful and clean and everyone you encounter is so pleasant and welcoming. Nikki goes way above and beyond. She totally took her time to understand my feelings about my hair and my goals that I wanted for an eventual outcome. She is working with me to achieve my dream style. I have complete faith in Nikki. I trust her expertise when coloring and shaping my hair. Please don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with her. You will not regret it!

Wanted a higher end hair stylist and that's not what I received. If she didn't want to do my hair say it! All I wanted was a gray touch up and a trim. Apparently, she didn't know what that meant. I wanted my hair to be natural looking to match what I already looked like. How hard is this? Really hard I guess. I was not asked my opinion through the process. No swatch was put on my head to see. I showed pictures and still not what I wanted! My hair is brown, not black! I wanted a trim not my hair to be all cut one length! My hair is completely ruined. She didn't even do any of the work except the cut. Her assistant did everything. What the HELL is the point of booking Nikki if she is sitting there with her feet up doing her make up and on her phone! Her attitude could have been a bit better as well. She needs to go back to school and learn what a trim means and match my natural hair color. I now am a 40 year old with a kindergarten bob with an emo look. I now have to pay to get it fixed! Thanks for nothing!!!

The Luxe salon is top notch! Marion Russo is excellent. I've been a customer of hers (both for my nails and facial needs) for many years. I've had acrylic nails for many, many years and though I had very few issues I decided to go back to my natural nails and though not always easy to go back, my nails are healthy and getting stronger thanks to her help. I highly recommend Marion and Luxe!

Worst pedicure I've ever had. They charged $55 plus tip and it looks worse than when I do it myself. My friend got one as well and didn't like hers either. I had to ask for my nails to be filed because they were totally uneven and the polish has white stains on it. AWFUL
