I have been going to Lorese for a while, I used to travel an hour and a half to get my hair done, I'm very fussy about my hair. I was very reluctant to try another new place after 2 horrible experiences, but Lorese didn't disappoint, Cathy cut my hair and did an amazing job, then I went to Jules for my color, again it looked amazing. Their prices are reasonable and it's relatively easy to get an appointment on short notice, of course around holidays are a bit more challenging but that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend them for even the fussiest clients, like me.
My regular salon never reopened so I needed a new salon. It had been 14 months since my last hair cut. When I called, the person who answered the phone was welcoming and was able to work with my schedule. When I arrived, they practice safety procedures to ensure everyone was properly distanced. The stylist I was assigned to was Cathy. She was friendly and made sure she understood what I wanted to do with my hair. The cut was exactly what I wanted. I have found my new salon.
Love Lorese. Everyone is very talented, knowledgeable and super friendly. This salon is my go to place for cut, color, mani/pedis and also makeup for the special occasions. Receptionist is great, always accommodating my crazy schedule.
Worst experience ever. Stay away! My lady was 25 min late and when she was done it looked like a 4 year old did my hair. Never never again, 40 bucks and I came home and washed and did my hair myself. Honestly horrible. How do you get a blow out messed up? She didn't even know how to blow dry. Sincerely horrible
No doubt they have someone very unprofessional answering the phone these days! Why in the world would you tell someone who is interested in getting a cut and color job that they would need to leave the salon with wet hair cuz no one will have time to blow dry my hair?! Really?! No one can spare 10mins to blow dry my hair? I spend an average of $180-$200 each time I have been to the salon. Never again. Taking my business elsewhere!!
