Top notch men-cuts from Christy! I've never been great at articulating what i want to a stylist, which usually leads to huge mess-ups - not here! Christy really pays attention to what the customer wants. I always leave feeling confident and happy! I don't have a set schedule with work, so Shannon at the front desk is always great with setting me up with a last minute appointment, much appreciated. Thanks Look!

I've walked by Look Salon for years and liked the logo and bright blue exterior but never ventured in. Then, low and behold, a few months ago I found out a friend with beautiful tresses goes to Casey there, so I decided to give her a try. When I got to the salon, I was really surprised by how big it is. From the street it looks like a tiny business that could only fit about three chairs, but it actually takes up the entire big building its housed in, with the exception of Bin 22 at Betsy's. I was whisked upstairs for my appointment to a modern, airy space with glass terrariums and contemporary furniture. The waiting area was sleek and cool. Casey did a very good job on my cut and color, especially considering it was a first appointment and I didn't really go in with an idea in mind. She used several colors to balance my blond highlights and she worked to make my hair look stylish, even though it's long (I'm very paranoid about having boring, blah long hair, but I like having length). She was also very friendly and recommended some great hair products. There was no pressure to buy, I just wanted them. I took home a leave-in conditioner and this really cool texturizing hair powder that adds volume all day. I haven't checked out the spa services yet, but it is a full-service salon with facials, waxing and nail care. I'll definitely be going back as soon as I'm ready for a trim!

Went to Look for several years, had my hair cut by Chastity. I love her- she is fun and very sweet. At first I really liked my hair (she convinced me to cut it short, and it was adorable) but as time went on she wasn't able to keep up the style for me, and eventually after two or three cuts that were not so great, I ended up switching. But the location is great, and they have a range of stylists there so whatever price you want to pay, they can match you with a stylist~!

It's been hard to find a salon I like in Richmond, but this one's got a good vibe with nice people and great styling. Delisa does mine & she's awesome. Gave me a totally new Look!
