They don't know how to cut simple bangs. Showed them this picture and they immediately cut too short, when you should not start short at all. Yeah I was not satisfied.
They mixed relaxer in with the natural hair I had been building up for years! My hair is now ruined with different textures. When it was asked if they had used product they denied it but the results say otherwise.
I have been going to Christy for about 8 years. I go weekly and get my hair shampooed and deep condition. No appointments needed and the service offered are reasonable. I get my hair relaxed and I have highlights. My hair healthy and looks good thanks to Christy. The same shampoo and conditioner are used on relaxed or natural hair. She has three or four conditioners you can select ( for an additional cost). If you want healthy hair you must have a hair regimen (e.g. get your hair shampooed and conditioned at least bi-weekly). If your hair is weak, brittle, damaged swing by the shop to get a brief hair consultation. Products used are good.
If you have natural hair... avoid this place like the plague. They mix relaxer in with their conditioner. They overcharged me AND fried my hair smh. Avoid at all costs !!!
Just had Rosa do my hair, and she did a wonderful job. She didn't use a lot of heat in my hair, and my hair still came out straight and silky soft. My scalp is usually sore after getting my hair done, but at this salon I don't have that problem.
