Little Luxuries Nail Lounge in Minneapolis, MN

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the appalling customer service I experienced at this salon. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, and this recent incident has completely shattered my trust in the salon and its staff. Firstly, I had to reschedule my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. This was my first time requesting a change, as I have always been punctual and respectful of their time. To my shock, I was informed that my $60 deposit would be forfeited if I decided to reschedule. This policy is not only unreasonable but also reflects a complete lack of consideration for their loyal customers. It is disheartening to see a business prioritize money over customer satisfaction and loyalty. What made matters even worse was the behavior of the salon's manager, Elizabeth. I was appalled by her rude and disrespectful attitude towards me. Not only did she raise her voice, but she also used a racist tone during our interaction. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any professional setting. It is deeply disconcerting to witness such discriminatory behavior, and it speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism within this establishment. Given my personal experience, I strongly advise against visiting this salon. The combination of their money-minded policies and the presence of a rude and racist manager makes for an incredibly toxic environment. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect, fairness, and dignity. Sadly, Little Luxury Nail lounge fails miserably in all of these aspects.

I don't get my nails done very often but when I do I like to go all out. I was getting my nails done for my senior prom and I was very excited, I came in with a picture of what I exactly wanted and I didn't get that. I book an appointment with S-M length and simple design. As the time went on everything was rushed because my nail tech had another appointment, she even asked if I could WAIT to get my design because her other client was there. I said no and someone else had to come and finish my nails, I was expected to tip both of the nail techs but I didn't because I shouldn't have to, it was an extremely unprofessional experience and I ended up paying more then I should have.

This salon use to be a lot better but I feel like for the prices the quality of the service has gone down as well as the customer service.

I have gone to them before and my nails turned out nice. Never lasted the full 2 weeks. I tryed to make an appointment for mommy and daughter time, But I got put on hold in the middle of making the appointment. They took the service down, took my phone number then put me on hold. I ended up hanging up because I don't have time to be on hold. There customer service over the phone just sucks. I will never be retiring no matter how nice they are in person.

I'm super picky with my manicures, I want them to look perfect. I had a manicure with gel from Angela yesterday and I think it's the most perfect manicure I've ever had. I highly recommend this salon and booking with her. All the artists at the salon will take good care of your nails, they don't peel off old gel with acrylic tips And they guide you to the right solutions for your nail type.
