Linh nails in Fort Smith, AR

I went for a pedicure. Told the girl I wanted the $30 pedicure. But when I went to pay she told me it was $45. I told her I only wanted the basic and she said it didn't include gel. I never told her I wanted gel. I was just wanting  regular polish. Such a scam. I will never go back again!!

First off, the prices are not consistent at all. I went once and it was $50 and the next time I  went for the exact same thing it was $75?? All I got was a new set of acrylics, one color and no designs and they charged me $75? It's ridiculous. Second off, these $75 nails that are a little over a week old already broke off so easily that I didn't even feel it break off, and I didn't hit it on anything either it just broke off. They've always done a good job but this experience has caused me to never go back there.

Paid More Got Less.

Called around town for services and this place has higher prices than other shops for same services. The store has clean floors and the facilities look sanitary but customer service is absent. No friendliness was found here. My nail polish was globbed on by their tech and I was immediately concerned that it might not dry. I sat under their dryer lamp for 10 minutes and they were still sticky. 2 hours later I returned to the store because they were still sticky and soft (not dry). I informed them of the problem and they applied some clear chemical (acetone?) to only 2 of my nails rather than all. They should have removed the polish and started over but did not. Like a fool I tipped them (again) and left. My nails DID NOT EVER DRY AND STUNK ALL NIGHT. I ended up wiping off the polish with my own nail polish remover when I could not sleep until midnight from the smell. Perhaps the humidity is the issue but if so they should prepare for that or mention something to the customer. (They never mentioned any drying or humidity issues) There are many other nail shops available who have better customer service, greet you with a smile, and actually make your nails dry.

I wasnt overly impressed. The lady blew through my mundane pedicure and failed to put in toe separators which caused the nail polish to rub off on my toes while drying.

Also, I understand that most nail shops are run by oriental folks but I feel it is rude when you speak in another language and no one knows what you are saying. Between my mom, me, and the lady next to us, all of the employees were having full conversations and giggling most of the time. Who knows, they could have been talking about us! In my opinion, I feel its rude.

The color selection was decent and they had glittery ones! HGTV was on both TVs. They were open on a Monday, which some shops arent, so that is a plus.

If you feel up to a pedicure on a Monday they are open... but dont have your expectations high.

Very good manicure with gel nails.
Not super fancy... and maybe lacks the fufu stuff, but thats not the lasting part of a good nail job. Very good price and I was happy to tip. And very social with their conversation. I appreciate that! And lastly- my cuticle look great... I don't think they know how important that is to me.
