Liberty Nail in Vestavia Hills, AL

I have been going to this salon for a long time! I know they take their time and my nails and toes are always great and last a long time! I love to support this family and they are super sweet people!

My family and I have been going to liberty nails for almost 20 years now and we are more than satisfied! They are phenomenal people running a great small business that is accessible and great at what they do. They have a variety of nails colors (gel, dip, normal) and take their time doing manicures and pedicures with excellent results. We love and would recommend them!

I've been here a few times as I moved here 6 weeks ago. Every time I've gotten a cut from a file.

They have a few technicians that seem friendly. Some do not speak at all.  

Today is my last time. I'll try someplace new. My nails are too short and not the color I wanted. I asked twice. When I said I didn't like them they told me to pick something else next time.

I almost always tip $20 every 2 weeks for dip refill.  If anyone has a different place suggestion I'd love to hear it. I'll check Yelp.

I wasn't too pleased with the service. It seemed rushed and sloppy even though there was no one waiting behind me. I got a simple manicure and plain old paint and it is bubbly and sloppy and too much paint was put on so it's not drying. I wouldn't go back.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD I NEVER EVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW ANYWHERE BUT MY EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY WAS AWFUL MY NAILS LOOK HIDEOUS AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE $70!!!!!!! I'm not the type to complain I just am a soft person so yes it was my fault I didn't speak up but this is not a $70 job well $65 but here's the thing didn't know tips were required until he said "do you do cash tip?" And I said "I don't have cash on me " the he proceeds to add $5 "tip" to his awful job then like I said I'm soft I'm 19 and stay with my mom so it outraged her when she seen them then the price so she called and asked for either my money back or fix them which he proceeds to call
Me a LIAR and said I liked his work and agreed my mom also said I normally get charged $55 and that's true the 5 times I've been there and he said no $60 so they are price gouging now I have proof on my bank statements normally it's $55 for long coffin with gel I know times are tough right now but that's not fair for my hard earned money to be spent like this and I asked him for longer coffin shape dose it look like that to you? And they are so thick they are hanging off my nail bed and you can still see the top of my real nail and I was cut several times and was bleeding...!!!!!!! so I will never return for the rude attitude of the "manager" and the job that was done really don't want them fixed I want my money back!!!!!!
