If I could zero stars for Jeremy I would. I was scheduled towards the end of his work day at 4:00 and you could blatantly tell he was ready to go home. I get that, but if you have a problem with it and are going to half a** then don't have someone schedule at 4. I just moved here I came in for highlight touch up. I show him a picture he immediately says he can't see because he's color blind.??? I'm sorry if you're color blind maybe you shouldn't be coloring peoples hair?? He's snippy and hasty he rushes through the foils leaving me with large chunky yellow tiger stripes on the top of my head which I didn't even realize until I got to my car because as soon as he was done with the blow dry he rushes me out of the chair so he can leave and does. 90 dollars for my hair to look 100x worse. When I called about a refund he was hostile and threatened me with filing a police report. I will be getting my money back through my credit card company.
I showed up to my appointment, and the people at the front desk told me that my appointment had been canceled and that they had texted someone (not me!) the cancelation notification. Understandable that they had simply texted the wrong number, but what made the experience unpleasant is that neither of the two employees talking to me offered any options of rescheduling or any apology for the inconvenience/miscommunication. Just "your appointment was canceled" and then they proceeded to stare at me until I offered a solution.
