Not a good place. When I arrived, sign said OPEN, I asked for a mani and pedi got eyes rolled at me. Then the owner cut my thumb, didn't even acknowledge or apologize, put burning drops on my thumb. $60 for no polish at all. I would not recommend this place nor will I go back.
The staff at Lexi nails did a wonderful job!! The staff members were friendly and kind. I have natural nails and had a regular polish (not gel) manicure and pedicure. The price was also quite reasonable. I was in and out quickly which I really appreciated! I will definitely return!
This place was awful from start to finish. I should have just left. Went with my sister on a Sunday, we had appointments, her for a set and me for a pedicure. It took almost half way through my sisters set for them to start my pedicure for 1. As soon as my sister sat down the women said she want gel acrylic, my sister had said no she just wanted a set with normal polish. The woman was horrendous in pressuring and pressuring my sister to get gel instead m, i had to bring the normal polish over and tell the women if she wanted normal polish then she would do normal polish. Then as soon as I stepped aside for my pedicure the women pressured her again until she said yes to the gel. The pedicure was awful. They used the grinder to remove my old gel polish and its only been 2 weeks and its started peeling and now all the nail underneath is brittle and shredded. They wouldn't even switch the color when she first started i told her to stop it was too light a color and she just kept going with it. Horrible and expensive. Wont be going again.
Brian was great,until he forgot me under the nail dryer for more than 40 minutes . I was unable to catch his attention to question drying time. No one at front desk so I laid check on the desk and walked out...he then remembered that I was there and ran out to confront me about paying ! Receptionist would be helpful.
We showed up without an appointment and were told we could be seen! Then 3 people with appointments came in and in the middle of our manicures they stopped and we waited an hour to continue with ours! A little communication would have saved us a lot of time and frustration! You just lost 3 customers today!
