Only good thing is the price. I paid $50 for a cold pedicure and a lady whom didn't understand me (nothing against her) but this meant she didn't keep water warm, towels warm, wash product off correctly, etc. My tech got product all over the chair towels and herself without an apron on. Didn't even have something to correctly separate toes. Just paper towel stuck between my toes after the pedicure was already done. My friend was also literally getting bruises from the tech taking off her set.
I love this place. Awesome service! And they always make you feel special!!! I brought my 3 church daughters in today. The owner even made me a hot tea.
Showed up with no appointment - they accommodated myself and my daughter. Did an OK job on my pedicure, they missed a few steps probably due to how slammed they were (another group of 5 came in same time as us), but whatever. The paint job on my daughters nails was sub-par, did a good job on mine - but when we went to pay they charged me almost $5 more than what I had authorized due to using a debit card. Did not tell me they did this, I realized it when they handed me the receipt. Not apologetic, nothing - will never go back to a company that steels your money - which is what they did. When you authorize a charge for X but they do Y, it's theft.
This place is horrible my mother and grandma and sister went and the gel on my grandma's nails fell off right away and then my mother's nails did also. My sister's nails were ruined because one of the people told her to put her shoes back on and it smeared them. Family was not very happy.
I don't tend to get my nails that often-- only when I travel since I'm meeting with business partners. This was my first time at Sky Nails and Tina did an absolutely amazing job on my mani/pedi!!! The salon has more colors than you could possibly imagine, their chairs are comfy, and the technicians not only pay attention to detail but are incredibly talented. It had a comfortable vibe that was very cleanly. Highly recommend!
