The service here is not good. They are nice at first but cannot do nails well. The guy that did my nail was really rude and the turnout on the full set was horrible. I asked him to reshape it and he said he was tired and my two options were that he cut my nails off, give me a refund and leave or I come back another time because he wasn't going to change what he did. While I was tryin to talk to him about it he was rolling his eyes the entire time. I genuinely recommend if you are just looking for a quick place to get your nails done, go ANYWHERE else. Because the service isn't good and the pricing does not fit the work they do

Steven is the Best!! The #1 nail salon in the area. Finally found what we have been looking for. If you try them you will not go anywhere else. Trust me.

I went there 10 days ago for my birthday nails I was scared because I have really small nails but Steven did amazing work I love it!! After 10 days still I have no issues at all !!! Definitely be back soon for new colors

Back in June, I stopped here on my way to check myself into the hospital in Annapolis because I was no longer in remission. I needed a pick me up and wanted to feel pretty one more time before the biggest fight of my life. Sonny and the guy at the front desk treated me like absolute trash beneath their feet. They were the most disgusting, vile nail technicians I've ever encountered in my life. I've never felt so small. I didn't look my best coming in, I was sick. The way Sonny did my nails, didn't pay attention to details, cut corners, and sent me on my way was insulting. When I asked him to clean up the edges a little, he gripped my fingers so tight I cried. I asked to leave and not fix them, I went to check out and said I cannot in good faith pay for the service and the guy at the front desk mocked me and called the police. I asked for the owners number and he refused. I waited until the police arrived and the police explained that not paying was theft. I told the police I will pay if I am given the owners number, and they facilitated the exchange. I sat in the parking lot and spoke to the owner as the front desk guy screamed at me 'nice try' and 'you did did good' and the owner was absolutely polite, apologetic and accommodating. He offered a refund and to drive up in an hour and personally re-do my nails. At this point the shame, stress and already exacerbated illness prevented me from staying but the acknowledgment was appreciated. The first thing I wanted to do when I got better was tell my story. I will never walk through these doors again. Sonny and the other guy should not work again until they receive empathy and communication training or even just not work here at all. They damaged the brand with their awful characters. To employ these two is a disservice.

Fun friendly atmosphere with good nail technicians! I've gone a few times on Mondays and usually it's just me and my friend , alone. I walked in and forgot it was a holiday! (Indigenous day) And It was very very busy. They apologized and everybody was doing everything they could to get to everyone and leave no one waiting too long. The greeter or front desk person was running around assisting every nail technician to the best of her ability. Also, asking every guest if they want water or needed anything Each Nail technician knew that they were busy and people were waiting, I really appreciated that they spent good quality time with each customer. I respect that. And I waited patiently. Even though I got moved to three different chairs, I was totally fine with it. Everybody was working as hard as they could and I'm sure they never had a break either. I wound up with Kimberly, and she's one of the best technicians I have had since 2014 when I started going to nail salons. She is extremely gentle with a drill, takes her time. and does excellent work. The reason why I took one star away, and it's pretty much a dealbreaker for me, but everything was so phenomenal, however, if you have gel nails or dipping powder, nails, they soak you in a bowl, full of hot water and acetone! First of all, it's not a comfortable combination. Second of all my fingers from my knuckles to my nail beds were white and dried like sandpaper. Not to mention the toxic fumes coming up from the bowl was very overwhelming and made me a bit nauseous. (I am used to the cotton balls foil wrap process.) it isolates to acetone to just the nail bed only. I've been home for five hours, and the tips of my fingers are still throbbing from the acetone, soak, and then the process of doing your nails with the drills and the sanding in the filing, are very sore right now . Some people can tolerate it some people can't. For me until they do the foil wraps with cotton balls I don't think I'll be back. And I'm saddened because I really like the place and I was extremely happy with Kimberly.
