Me and my friends went there and they had the audacity to overprice her and they were really freaking rude to me I had to get my nails done for graduation and I had a limit for my nails and the other money was for my graduation dress but since they over priced my friend I had to give her some of my dress money and he saw I had more then what I said I could spend on my nails and said next time he"ll charge me more and was complaining about how I couldnt spend more then 40 and was talking under his breath so I wouldn't hear him but he was complaining on how i was being "cheap" also I paid 40 dollars to get my nails done that he didn't even do right and complain on how one of them fell off bc I bite them and he got mad and told me to stop biting them but I do that when I get anxious and he said you how u fix that you just stop biting them, he talks shit to his costumers about other customers and they are terrible at doing nails I've been going there for 4 years and I'm never going back especially the way they have treated me and my friends very unprofessional and they need to be closed down like the rest of the stores in the mall.
If I could leave zero reviews. This place is the worst with pedicures. I asked them to redo my meet or let me file it down and refused and are still charging me full price. Rude as fuck too.

They left my feet in the water for over an hour and weren't even close to getting to me. 2 people working. 2 screaming kids.

Had to get my nails done for a wedding. The design was great but the thumb nails were so thin compared to a few other nails being so thick. He was rushing so he cut up my fingers with the electric nail filer and when he was done with the nails he proceeded to spray my fingers that were cut up with alcohol. No cuticle oil and over a bad experience. Once I got home my fingers were hurting so bad so I got a closer look there was so much acrylic underneath my real fingernail that it was painful to keep them on had to take them off that same day. Gave a 25 dollar tip to just say thank you and leave will not be going there again.
I go in for a full set and a pedi. I got a rushed full set that looked like I was already due for a fill in & polish change on my toes that's it. Since when did a pedi become only a polish change??? They are super sweet don't get me wrong, but insanely rushed and do a half a** job.
