Lynn did a wonderful job on my nails. I had never had a professional manicure before, so I didn't know what I was doing. Lynn made me very comfortable, and asked for my opinion on the nail treatment. The salon is very clean and organized. The day I was there, many other customers were being served. I didn't have to wait but 5 minutes, if that! I highly recommend this salon, and will return!
I drove in from out of town for my son's baseball tournament and happened to find LD Nails. I called to see if they could get me in....on a Friday evening....and they fit me right in! The salon is exceptionally clean, the staff is sooooo nice and I love how my nails turned out. Best thing....I was in and out in 45 minutes and the price was awesome! I normally pay $10-15 more at the nail place I usually go to back home! I wish we didn't live 3.5 hours away because I would definitely make this my new go to nail salon!!
I was a loyal customer but after today I don't think so. LD nail's customer service has declined tremendously!!! They rush you in and rush you out. I will no longer return to LD Nails. I went to treat myself and my boyfriend cor Valentines day and it was the worst experience ever, and they were not even busy. We went in for pedi manis and during my pedicure my water was cold and no one turned on the massage chair, they also had some ok me doing my pedicure that had no experience. I paid $106 for nothing because he did not know what he was doing he kept asking the lady next to him and then I asked for my boyfriend to get the natural pedicure and he did not get any of the treatment but I was charged for it. Their attitudes are not up to par and I'm not sure what has changed but I don't like it.
overcharged for a full set acrylic with one color no design $80 and they were so rude rushing me and my mom to hurry and pick a color after not even 3 minutes of looking, they weren't busy so i'm unsure what the rush was for. on top of that i'm at home crying because my fingers have been burning since i left the nail salon at 4 it's now 9, the lady was so rough with me and my nails are shaped so bad for the pain i'm in 0/5 not worth it at all i wish i didnt go
can't do any cool designs and charge me a lot for just a basic color. Sometimes bad service but when i went in after corona so made an appointment for 2 and they told me to come back in 30 min so i did and they told me to come 2 hours later because they were just taking walk ins instead of appointments and they didn't seem to care.
