I felt so pampered at this mail shop! The nail technicians are friendly and pay attention to detail.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I had shellac done on Friday night, by Saturday I had 4 nails chipped/broken. I came back in on Monday and had them fixed. By Tuesday 3 more chipped/broke. I have NEVER had this kind of trouble with shellac. I came back AGAIN Wednesday and the manager told me "shellac doesn't stay very long". So I politely said "it should last more than a couple of days" to which she replied "I have a headache, I can't deal with you right now." She then walked Back to her seat and sat down. I was astonished. Just the worst customer service EVER. Not going back.

I've been going to this place like 3-4 times BUT I went yesterday for a refill-full-set because I'm getting married in 3 DAYS AND i went asking for something that she told me that I couldn't get because "it was too expensive" and because I can't do gel CAUSE I'M ALLERGIC BUT she still has able to do the same design but in regular color. She refused to do me the design that I wanted, she even was treating me with an attitude. She was doing everything extremely fast that she cut me NOT ONCE BUT 3 TIMES IN THREE DIFFERENT FINGERS. And I have all the nails with different length. All my nails are hurting and now I have to fix this on a different place because I refused to get married in this horrible nails. I will never go back here.
