March mani! Great nails these last for 3 weeks and I only have to get them updated because my nails have grown out. As some who works types a lot and works out, it is spectacular!
I have been coming here since it opened and it has gone down. I went here last week with my granddaughter for a special day. Overall ambience was not very friendly. It took four tries to find the correct color that I selected from their book. No drying machines- we were told to sit and wait 10 minutes for nails to dry.Not easy with a small child. And two of my nails chips later that day. I live out of state and will be looking for a new salon unfortunately.
I came in to get my gel nails removed. The nail tech did not soak the gel off. He immediately removed my nails by prying them off with cuticle cutters. My nails were absolutely ruined by this removal method. I have never, ever had a nail salon remove gel nails and tips without soaking them in acetone. This was painful and uncomfortable. The tech left my nails horribly uneven as well I had to fix them when I got home. It was 16 dollars for them to ruin my nails. Will not be back
Went to get acrylic nails and was coughed on numerous times. When I went to get them removed, they used a cuticle trimmer to tear the acrylic off my nail bed. There was zero soaking and using a nail drill. The acrylic was painfully forced off. Afterwards. My nails were cut straight across with no top layer and I was asked to pay $16 (+tip??) for it. Very disappointed.
Betty is so amazing each time she does my nail design! I brought in a picture of flowers as a kind of French tip on dip, and asked her to change the color to purple, and it turned out perfect!
