I have been coming to Lavender Nails for 20+ years. I highly recommend Hannah and her staff. They are always pleasant, and accommodating. The salon is super clean and sanitary. Hannah helped me out today with a very sensitive toe today, she saved me a trip to the doctors! They know nails, and while I have several nail salons closer to my home, I make the extra drive to come to Lavender nails. I would vote them Best Nail Salon in Rocklin for sure!
Had a very uncomfortable experience yesterday with Hannah, who was usually super nice. She looked mad or upset since she sat on her chair, she refused to do my manicure because I was getting acrylic nails, in a very rude way she told me she was not able to do the "almond shape" nails that I was requesting, another lady ended up doing my nails. I was feeling so embarrassed for her because there was another customer but she did not care. I left the place with kind of "nice" nails but ugly fingers... I would not recommend this place.
Each time I call or come in for just eyebrow waxing, the lady who answers informs me she is too busy to take care of me. This is an awful way to treat customers.
This salon is as good as it gets! My mother travels from Dixon to come see Holly & Hanh ("Hannah") with me! The staff is sweet, responsive if you want something specific and always doing their best to make sure you are thrilled with your results. The salon is clean and inviting, and if you make your appointment ahead of time (not calling 10min before or walking in) you'll never have to wait. I do consistently see customers walk in and expect extra staff to be waiting and available and huff when offered a wait time to return. These are hard working women with dedicated to the success of their business- so don't waltz in with no call and ask for a complicated pintrist based mail design and assume you'll be in and out in 25min. If you have a time limit, tell them, and ask if the service can be completed in that time frame. Have manners and you'll be as hooked as my family is on the excellent staff here!
I have been getting my nails done here for a couple of years now (minus COVID). Holly and Hannah are the absolute best! Always great customer service and the compliments I get on my nails are endless. Highly recommend you try them out.
