Same plaza as Nugget/starbucks/24 hour fitness. I came here a few times, my pedicures each time were great! the massage, cuticle cleaning, paint was good and even. I do like when they light brush the dead skin cells off your dry legs first! nice bonus and I have never been to a salon that has added that service before. I love that they are organized and clean - drink and spa menu provided as soon as you sit down. I am very picky when it comes to my dip powder so after leaving my last service, I felt compelled to write a review! The woman that did my dip service was Lindsey! she was great!!! I also spoke to other patrons and they also claim "whoever you go to, they will be good!" Also: The Vietnamese coffee just hits here! :) I order it each time! I paid $95 total for dip powder and a classic pedicure

We moved to the area a year ago and I hadn't really found a salon I loved. This place is nearby and looked nice inside so I figured I'd give it a try. I called the morning of and was able to get in right away for a full set for myself and a manicure for my 3 year old. They took us pretty quickly once we arrived and treated my little one like a princess. I was very pleased with my dip full set - Kelly did a great job ensuring that my nails were built up evenly and that my nails were filed nice and straight. I will definitely be back!

We've visited 916 Nail Labs a couple times now and both experiences were lovely. They're able to book within a couple days of your call which is nice. We had 3 pedicures at once and we all left satisfied. Each treatment comes with complimentary beverages. The Thai coffee was tasty and they have alcohol too! The staff is super nice as well. We'd definitely return.

I made an appointment and they sat me right away. The girl that came over didn't even look directly at me or say hello. I picked out a color which was like a white with light sparkles because I wanted something subtle. I told her that I wanted them the same length except for one that had broken but she cut them all to that short length. I was like okay fine, no big deal. When she started to paint my nails it did not look like the color I had picked and I asked to switch after she only painted two nails. She told me to hold on and that I just needed to wait until it was done because it would look different when she put on more coats. I can understand that, but I could tell at that point I didn't like the color and asked to switch and she told I need to wait until she's done. So I let her do another coat and it still wasn't covering my nail, like it doesn't even look like they are painted. She got like 3 other employees involved, trying to tell me that it was the one I picked and all this stuff, and I said I know but I tried to stop her at the beginning. They made a scene and it was super embarrassing, just telling me to wait until she was done. She was clearly angry, and then she was talking about me to her employees. So I did just wait and then she was super rude. After she wiped my hands she just walked away without saying anything. I always leave 20% even when it's a basic experience and I didn't leave her a penny. They didn't ask me how anything was and I left paying $38 for a manicure I'm not happy with.

This is partially about my nails but mainly about this location's cleanliness and vibe. My nails, I go and see Crystal, and she is lovely; I love going to her. I first came to her when another person at another facility messed up my nails terribly. I came to her the same day and was pleased with what she did. Today was a bit different- I made another follow-up appointment with her because I liked her work the last time and realized after leaving that I was there for TWO hours for green French tip nails. I was shocked then, but it was okay because I had nothing to do afterward; it was a slow day. Nevertheless, I cannot spend this much time at this place, so I don't think I will be doing anything but a singular color if I return. Next is is the cleanliness, or lack thereof, which is why there are two stars and not more. When I first came here, it was spotless when they first opened it. The idea that they could serve champagne, tea, coffee, and soda was an honest seller for me and others in the area; it gave it a genuinely upscale vibe. Nevertheless, over the last year or so, this has changed. When you walk over to the sink, it is clear that there is either a lack of cleaning or a leak because there is a massive mold area under the sink, leaving a black and green space. Foul. What I noticed the most while waiting for my manicure was how the food was prepared. I would NOT recommend eating anything from here; if they put any of this food/or drink around anybody's mouth, I would highly recommend that you do not consume any of it. The fruits and vegetables were not correctly sealed, and it was clear that the cucumbers just left in the mini-fridge were rotting from the inside out. The oranges, too. Next, you have the drinks. They are pouring drinks, and it appears that people of all ages are running alcoholic beverages, which I am pretty sure is illegal. Nevertheless, my most miniature concert is when I see them leave out juices for extended periods. I need to see more hygiene when ensuring the space is clean before serving, but I can only imagine if they are washing their hands above the dirty, moldy sink.
