Nice Blow out and trim, definitely going back. Business does not open on Monday and Tuesday and best to make apt. They do not do extension or weaves would have live that.
I called this morning to inquire about prices, the young lady told to get an accurate cost, I would need to come in, so I went..... Well!! When I got there, at around 2:45pm on a Wednesday afternoon, the place was closed (doors locked) I called and left messages, but did not get a response. So thanks but no thanks, I'll find another place. Bad business tactics causes failure of business successes.
Unfortunately, i didn't get our hair done. We called in advanced, made appointment for an hour long ssesión to do highlights. We provided pictures and we were told "yes, we can don it" which turned it on "idk how it will come out", "the top will be one color and the bottom another". We weren't even given the options to do the highlights and maybe add a toner or rise. The owners lack of confidence made me cancel both appointments. The working seems more than capable but wasnt allowed. If anyone knows the workers #, have her inbox me!
I would not recommend this place. I went there on Saturday to get my hair done. Nothing fancy just a wash and blow out. The owner had one person she was working on and there were no other customers in the shop. The other stylist was in the back. After 10 mins she asked me if I had an appointment. I said no but I walked into the salon since she has a sign out front saying walk-ins welcome. She then told me that she did not know when her or the other stylist would be able to do my hair since they had other appointments. When I stated that I would leave she then says that it could be 20-30 minutes. After that I decided to leave. She and the other stylist made such an issue about me coming in without an appointment, I no longer wanted to be bothered. Do not put a sign up saying walk-ins welcome and catch an attitude when someone comes in without an appointment. I went somewhere else to get my hair done. I will never go back and do not recommend her services.
I love Dorie and her staff and inviting atmosphere,she did wonders for my hair when no place else could.I moved out of state and miss her dearly,but if you next a relaxing day of pampering Latin Touch is the place to go.
