Lashed and Bronzed in Millersville, MD

I've been waiting now weeks to have my service corrected. I was promised a free removal and full set for being canceled on half a dozen times after my original service was rushed and Not finished. I started a new job and missed several days because of the artist canceling on me the MORNING OF!!!! I canceled my only vacation for this summer because I had an appointment for Sunday (tomorrow) at 1 pm. I couldn't risk going on vacation and possibly missing getting this service done since I have been waiting weeks for it. She even told me sorry can you just buy strip lashes for work when I already have spent hundreds if not a thousand at this establishment. I wrote the artist to confirm tomorrow, and she asked me what appointment!! She then said due to her personal issues she couldn't see me this weekend- to then say actually I speak with my fellow coworkers who think I'm nuts for doing this for you so I decided (after I offered and scheduled this appointment for weeks with you missing work and your only vacation) that I'm gonna blindside you and not even do what I promised and fix my mess ups! Keep in mind when she canceled on me she said it was because she couldn't get out of bed due to personal problems in her life aka her boyfriend. Instead I am scrolling on tik Tok that same day to see her out drunk with her friends for her friends 21st. Look, I get everyone has a life and if she told me she canceled because she forgot about a friends birthday I would totally be understanding but the fact is she lied to me and I had to find out this through tik toks for you page! This was after I missed two days of work for her canceling appointments the morning of. I am beyond upset I ever gave a penny to such a spiteful human- she could've atleast been honest and said I am not going to provide this service to you- go on your vacation don't miss work. If you are looking to have a reliable artist and a owner that actually wants to fix such a terrible behavior from her staff then idk what to tell you. I've spent hours and hundreds, thousands of dollars at a place to lead me on for weeks and tell me less then 12 hours before our seventh rescheduled appointment that you are once again canceling on me... yeah I think I'm good on that type of "business" if you'd even call it that. You can't lead a client on for weeks saying you are doing a free service to have your client miss work and there only vacation while you're out partying canceling my appointments! Thankfully the world is full of thousands of talented artists who actually care about the relationship of a client and artists where your spending all your hard earned money !!! I have proof to back all of this up and dozens of texts canceling on me. Just a heads up before you have spent as much money as I did for such poor customer service. Now the staff is stalking my personal instagram as well as my professional instagram for my job! It's 2022.... You'd think "professionals" wouldn't be acting like bullies, let alone what professional cancels on you four times in a week making you miss out on hours and money at work as well as your vacation. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with an "establishment" also! I was canceled on for my week follow up for her rushing my appointment, told me there is a lash shortage when I have spoken with five different artists all over America that said that's a lie. I was charged for mega the entire time but then was told the reason they weren't full was because of the "lash shortage" Scam! Lost out on hundreds because of this!

I'm excited to see the final results. My gf has been looking for a lash expert since we moved to the Baltimore area and Lashed and Bronzed was recommended to her by a coworker. So far it's been really nice. There's a sanitizer area for when you walk in. A rack to hang your clothing, some personal care products and the vibe is cool. I'll update my review when it's all done but if it's anything as our first impression... I'd say the final look is gonna be fire!
