Came here last minute. My regular nail salon was booked so I came here after work. I was a walk in and was immediately greeted. I checked in to a kiosk/ipad and was escorted to the station that Jack was working at. Jack was very nice and he took his time. The only complaint I have is my nails look rather thick and my almond shape isn't as "almondy" as I would like lol! They look like press on nails to me. *shrug* Very clean and organized salon. I will probably go back and give them another chance only for the location. But I prefer my Bliss in Waldorf.

I got a manicure on Friday and came back today, Tuesday, because my polish had chipped and my nails were paper thin from previous service. They redid my nails but I had no idea they were going to make me pay again after 5 days! The woman at the front who took my money was unfriendly. All of their good employees have left. I used to get greeted by friendly and familiar smiles. I miss the old Bliss.
