Nails lasted a long time and the people were very nice! The salon is small but the staff was very efficient.
The staff does very good work but do NOT show up at 9:30 (opening) because they routinely arrive to open the doors closer to 10:00.
I normally don't leave bad reviews but this experience was odd. I went to get my acrylics removed and as the lady is working on my nails, she's on the phone, facetiming a friend. The other lady "working" was asleep and snoring in one of the massage chairs. Just not a very professional atmosphere if you ask me.
Every time I've been here I've been treated with utter disrespect. Rude impatient comments and lack of anything beyond the bare minimum. Also extreamly rough and careless, didnt even put anything on before cutting my sisters cuticles. Gave it a few chances cuz its near but I'm not going again.
I go back and forth. Sometimes I get amazing service. Both friendly and well done but then days like today when I treat myself for a special occasion and something is stuck in the gel she goes three times to try to file it out. Saying okay it's good. No...it's not. I hate being that person. But I shouldn't have to be to get what I'm paying for. I've also never had to pay for gel removal when I'm getting ANOTHER gel pedicure. But today was charged for removal plus new pedicure. Wonder if it's because I said something about the brush bristle stuck in the gel. Now I'm getting it fixed and it's clear I'm being talked about which maxes it even more frustrating as a customer. Feeling even more disrespected.
