I came to Jennifer for a lash fill. I let her know that I usually ask for a wispy hybrid but what I left with was far from that. She was very slow and I was noticing that she wasn't applying many lashes, now I know why. She placed huge heavy lash fans on my lashes. They were so heavy the fell into my eyes and the inside corners broke off the same day. I have no idea what she was thinking. I texted her that afternoon to let her know I wasn't happy. She told me she didn't have anything available until Monday. I woke up the next day and my eyelids were sore. I immediately went and had them soaked off. I let Jennifer know that I wouldn't be coming back on Monday to have them removed. She didn't offer a refund or even a partial instead she told me she used her time to do my lashes and that she would not offer even a partial refund. Well guess what I spent my time there too, I guess my time and happiness isn't as important as her clients. Needless to say DO not go to Jennifer unless you want thick giant heavy lashes.

Love this place and never disappointed. I go in every six weeks for a cut and have had a pleasant experience from scheduling to requesting product to use. Very satisfied with the service and great customer service. That little scalp massage gets me every time.
