So lash and wax is the worst customer service. If your not upper white class the lock the doors after you leave and I was 10 min late on a 40 min booked app cuz I was at work and she not only didn't see me charged me 40 for service not done .wow only in juneau
This business did a bait & switch on me and my final bill was close to $300. I only went in to get a $100 fill and my final bill was almost triple that. They are really sneaky and do services without telling you how much they cost and then you see your bill at the end that is a "shocker". They should be doing consultations and letting you know how much your treatment is.
Janelle is kind and a complete professional, I got my eyebrows laminated with her and they turned out wonderfully. I love giving her business.
Ripped off skin on my eyebrows. The older lady did my eyebrows and did an awful job I told her I have sensitive skin,and obviously didn't listen. I have scabs on both eyebrows. Don't recommend going there.
Scheduled a lash lift and tint here and had Janell as my esthetician. I was a bit nervous (you have to keep your eyes closed for a long time) but the whole experience was super relaxing and Janell talked me through everything she was doing!
