nails are lumpy. The underneath of them are caked up with nail gel glue it hangs over my nail part on my skin.(not including when set with uv lamp it felt like my fingers where on fire when something was said I was ignored. I have a high pain tolerance but I shouldnt be in pain getting my nails done )I asked the lady if she could grind down the gel over hang over on my fingers . She very aggressively got a pair of cutters and grabbed the gel glue that was hardened in the underneaths and start yanking on it instead of cutting it. it bruised two of my nails and was very painful. I had to stop her
mid process and just told her it was fine I'll do it
myself. she then told me water will wash it off. WATER?! washing off gel cured nail glue?! of course it's not going to. she was in training, and I have no issue with  that but why would I pay full price for someone who can not do full quality work?? one of my nails where very crooked and I pointed it out. instead of fixing it, it was filled down so much to ' straighten ' it out. it looks to be half the size as the same one on my other finger. I was very disappointed at the customer service and the quality of work. I'm still trying to get the nail gel glue out from underneath my fingers. It's hard to find a nail salon that's nice and does good work. This is not one that I will be going back to.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to walk ins.  I received the best service. They were helpful in guiding me on what to do with my nails. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Mine and my roommates favorite nail place in Birmingham!

After going to basecoat on fifth and a few other places and paying $75+ for some basic gel nails, we decided to try somewhere new. We ended up going here and being able to walk right in. After a little wait, they got started on our nails and they did an AMAZING job! Plus all the workers there were very sweet and funny. Nails were a good price and they lasted a little over 2 and a half weeks. Will definitely be back.

P.S while we were there some man kept calling the store asking weird questions and trying to talk to all the employees. Felt like I was on a TV show. So very entertaining, adds brownie points.

My friend and I decided last minute to get matching gel manicures and let me tell you, we were not disappointed! First of all, our nails look amazing and very precise. The staff was super friendly and although they were busy (typical for a Sunday), they ensured that each person was taken care of. They also were enjoyable to be around. They helped time go by quick with good conversation and a positive attitude! Will definitely be going back!

I have become a regular over the past year here! I see Quynh for full set/acrylics every time. I bring in so many different colors, designs, and ideas each time- she executes it so well. My roommate goes to Paige for gel manicures regularly and is also always pleased when she walks away from the salon. Paige and Quynh do a great job with pedicures and they have a new one with CBD products that I need to try. All their other artists have regular clients as well, but I haven't been to them personally. They are flexible to fit me in same/next day with little notice and are very friendly. Absolutely a returning customer and will remain that way!
