Worst place ever ... they mess up my eyebrows . Please if you are going to dim they lights in the places and cannot see your customer dont do their eyebrows . I was just there Wednesday right before lunch time. They rush through the process , so unfriendly, and my left eyebrow was left uneven and missing a patch of hair . Little did I know I could not leave my tip on the card and needed cash which I didn't have well I'm glad I'm the end because this is sad ...
This place is very expensive. They offer a list of upgrated pedicures. I paid $45 for what was advertised as a wonderful pedicure. Pedicure was very bad and I was very upset, but then came the massage lady who did a very good job.
Worst pedicure ever! Not only did the guy get my pants completely wet and then try to inappropriately dry my legs, he cut me twice and when he said he was finished I had to ask that he actually paint the entire nail because he didn't. My toe nails are also uneven and some are noticeably shorter than others. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
I've been here several times for manicures & pedicures and they always do a great job. The staff is very pleasant & professional. The salon is quiet enough that you can relax comfortably (when having a pedicure) and not noisy like many other establishments can be. I have not had massages done, but will probably schedule one soon. Very convenient to lots of shopping & restaurants and a very good hair salon nearby. Tons of parking.
I was recommended to go here by a friend, and my experience was awful. They remove your gel polish by using an electric file to get it off (completely) which made my nails PAPER THIN and they took 2 months to grow back to their original state (which was strong!) The man that did my nails was not only unfriendly, but he was rushing through the entire thing -- my polish was not even coated enough because you could see my nails through it when he finished my "manicure". I was also told that I would get a massage with my pedicure, which I did not AND I did not receive the first time "discount" that I was told about by my friend. This place is a joke, take your business elsewhere.
